Description Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a comprehensive PAM governance starter aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices * Define and implement policies, procedures, and standards for managing privileged access across the enterprise * Provide technical leadership and guidance to PAM team in the implementation and maintenance of PAM solutions * Identify and assess risks related to privileged access and develop risk mitigation strategies * Conduct regular risk assessments of PAM processes and controls * Ensure PAM practices and controls comply with relevant regulations, standards, and framework ( NIST, ISO 27001) * Develop training programs and materials to educate employees and stakeholders on PAM principles * Drive continuous improvement initiates to enhance PAM governance processes, controls, and technologies * Serve as a subject matter expert on PAM governance matters, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams. * Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of PAM governance efforts * Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting PAM governance activities, challenges and achievements Skills identity access management, data privacy, identity management, privileged access management, governance Top Skills Details identity access management,data privacy,identity management,privileged access management,governance Additional Skills & Qualifications Additional skills: * Highly motivated, self-directed and possess solid execution skills. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Demonstrates critical thought and probes beyond the surface of the requested data to get at the valuable (actionable) information. * Able to understand complex concepts quickly. * Detail oriented, but understands broader impacts of requests. * Adjusts quickly to changing priorities as necessary. * Manages multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously and in an organized and results-oriented manner. * Strives to proactively identify and address areas where business process efficiency and effectiveness improvements would make a positive impact on the top and bottom lines. * Excellent people skills are also necessary since this position interacts with all levels of resources across the entire organization. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
