The Vehicle Operability Manager - Top Hat is primarily responsible for the QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery Performance) results for a vehicle Top Hat project of an integration, validation or industrialization activity in Electrical Electronics at the system level. They will facilitate commissioning of vehicles and lead a technical team responsible for triaging issues discovered on product development, Fast Feedback, dealership and customer vehicles. They lead the definition of software packages and work with the Modernization Manager and Coordinators to execute vehicle updates for custodians. Their responsibility covers a program, program launcher with a new EE architecture or powertrain and will be the single-point contact on the Operability & Commissioning Team for the program. Along with the entire Operability and Commissioning Team, they will strive to improve vehicle-level operability by promptly identifying and resolving issues and updating vehicles with the latest compatible software configurations.
