Job SummaryResponsible for developing and managing strategic sourcing and vendor relationship partner strategies for assigned vendors related to outsourced Business Process Services (BPS). Manages the selection, acquisition and monitoring of contractual agreements for Business Operations for assigned vendors. Works closely with Business Operations Partners to understand their needs & serves as the central point of contact for purchases, deliveries and challenges related to products and services. Articulates and negotiates service level agreements. Drives partnerships with vendors to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency, in support of measuring, monitoring, and adjusting support to achieve maximum value for the spend.Required Job Qualifications:
