Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Dedicated in-house sales position will strengthen our efforts to follow up with customers who have deficiencies identified during inspections
  • Based in Boston, the representative will proactively engage both Boston and K&J customers with outstanding issues reported in FireNSpec
  • By addressing these deficiencies promptly, the role will help convert them into repair opportunities, generating additional revenue while enhancing customer engagement and increasing our close rate on post-inspection services


Basic Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Basic knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler, and life safety systems
  • Familiarity with inspection processes and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to interpret deficiency reports and communicate solutions clearly to customers
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM tools


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Prior sales or inside sales experience is a plus
