Routinely creates and/or leads teams in design, development and implementation of innovative and replicable solutions using modeling techniques, database tools, products/materials and/or programs. Makes recommendations for highly complex sales opportunities and solutions when leading large cross department project teams.
Essential Functions

  • Effectively interacts with executives on a routine basis and/or is assigned as an informal leader, coach, or mentor to less senior staff.
  • May represent executive management at meetings or functions.
  • Provides presentations or acts on behalf of executive management.
  • Exhibits executive business etiquette and knowledge.
  • Acts independently on behalf of department or division.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, integration, and global alignment of end-to-end Sales Enablement processes (e.g., onboarding, content development & delivery, training deployment, sales communications, coaching frameworks, etc.).
  • Develop and implement governance models that support consistent and scalable enablement practices globally, while allowing for regional flexibility where needed.
  • Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities based on business impact, operational efficiency, and sales team experience.
  • Lead change management efforts related to process standardization and global adoption, including communication, documentation, and training.
  • Monitor process performance using KPIs and insights to drive continuous improvement and adoption across geographies.
  • Serve as a key advisor and thought leader on process strategy within the global Sales Enablement team.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills considered a plus:

  • Experience in process design, enablement, operations, or transformation leadership roles-ideally within a sales, commercial, or go-to-market function.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Enablement programs, processes, and technologies.
  • Proven success designing and implementing scalable, global processes in a matrixed or multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies (QDM, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Strategic mindset with strong program and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage executive audiences and drive consensus.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Learning Management Systems, project management tools).

Minimum Education

Bachelor-s Degree or equivalent in business, finance, marketing, mathematics, a quantitative discipline or related field.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) years experience in design, development and/or implementing sales/customer solutions to complex business situations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Has advanced analytical skills with business software modeling techniques and database tools and approaches.

Ability to plan and work on multiple projects and produce high impact results.

Demonstrated ability to lead executive level projects.

Advanced interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to provide executive level presentations.
