Description Schedule:24 hour/week position, three 8-hour days MaineHealth Orthopedics - Trauma & Fracture Care is looking to hire aPA or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic and growing Orthopedicpractice in Portland, Maine. The successful candidate will provide medical care and practice medicine with physician supervision, including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions through office-based evaluation and treatment of outpatients. In addition to the outpatient practice setting, this position with provide support in the operating room, inpatient setting, as well as Orthopedic Trauma call. This position willsupport the Orthopedic Trauma service. These duties are performed in accordance with established standards and practices as defined by Maine Medical Center, the State of Maine, and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
