Internship SummaryWe are seeking a motivated eBay/eCommerce Summer Intern to help launch and manage our new eBay equipment sales program, supporting a major 2025 strategic initiative focused on inventory liquidation and sales generation.This role offers real ownership over an impactful business project and provides direct exposure to eCommerce strategy, operations, and analytics with a measurable and attainable outcome.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage Probo Medical's new eBay Store.Create and optimize listings for ultrasound systems, probes, and accessories.Research market data to set competitive pricing strategies.Build and maintain a performance tracking dashboard (weekly sales metrics).Respond professionally to eBay customer inquiries.Collaborate with Inventory, Sales, and Finance teams to coordinate order fulfillment.Propose scalable workflow improvements for the eBay sales program.
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with eBay or other online marketplaces is a plus.Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.Excellent written communication and customer service skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.Interest in healthcare, technology, or B2B commerce (bonus, not required).What You'll GainOwnership of a real-world, revenue-driving eCommerce project with reportable outcomes.Experience launching and scaling a B2B marketplace sales platform.Exposure to strategic inventory management practices.Direct business impact and mentorship.Location: Indianapolis, IN (possible Hybrid/Remote option)Duration: Summer 2025, 40 hours/week (May-August, flexible)
