Position Details:

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift Availability:



  • Weekday Daylight: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Weekday Evening: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM
  • Weekend Day: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Weekend Evening: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM



Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure proper staffing levels are met daily, coordinating with customer teams for seamless shift operations.
  • Oversee new hire orientations, employee training, and shift assignments for optimal productivity.
  • Maintain accuracy in payroll, invoicing, and timekeeping to ensure compliance and quality control.
  • Conduct performance reviews and address attendance, productivity, and job performance concerns.
  • Promote compliance with safety protocols and industry standards, including PPE requirements.
  • Accurately manage employee records and input information into various systems.
  • Foster effective communication with leadership teams, providing updates on account status and project progress.

Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience managing 50+ employees in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferred.
  • Previous experience with timekeeping and scheduling is a plus.



Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform various physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs. You'll be expected to bend, squat, climb, twist, push, pull, and reach overhead regularly. Work is primarily indoors in a climate-controlled environment, with occasional adjustments as needed.
