*This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ in Carlsbad, CA. In-office expectation is 3 days a week*. ABOUT THE POSITION The Sales Operations Analyst is an integral member of the wholesale sales team, responsible for supporting the team's operational processes and procedures. Key duties include, but are not limited to, creating and maintaining wholesale standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing master data files, overseeing the prAna B2B system, providing support for regional accounts and sales representatives, coordinating and executing sales meetings, and trade shows. This position collaborates with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, as well as external sales representatives. The role operates with general supervision and requires a high degree of self-motivation. The ideal candidate should consistently deliver accurate and timely work, thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and follow established processes and routines. Salary Range: $62,200 - $96,600 *Pay decisions are determined by multiple factors, including what the market is paying, a candidate's capabilities and skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
