Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do:

As our new Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and top-notch service:



  • Provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle order entry with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage purchasing and receiving activities, including processing purchase orders.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound freight invoices to guarantee accurate billing and timely delivery.
  • Process inventory invoices, ensuring documentation is complete and systems are updated.
  • Prepare and submit monthly CCA (Cost Contribution Analysis) and Global Reports.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with replenishment as needed.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and support smooth operations.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Experienced in customer service, purchasing, or inventory management (Purchasing and Receiving experience required).
  • Skilled in computer operations with excellent data entry abilities.
  • A great communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ready to jump in, solve problems, and keep things moving seamlessly.
  • Eagerness to gain experience in a variety of essential business operations.
