Summary:

Seeking a qualified Supply Chain Planner for the Supply Chain Planning department. This role is responsible for the supply chain logistics cycle of products from manufacturing, shipping to warehouses, and our customers. The position ensures the smooth transportation of product through the supply chain by the management of individual shipments in transit, the determination of shipping methods or warehousing methods, the analysis of inventory levels and product shipping and storage scenarios and the management of delivery and documentation with logistics colleagues at our business partners, internal partners, and customers.

Responsibilities:

* Secure logistics (Transportation, Warehouse and distribution) capacity by regular and solid communication with SCM and logistics operation team.

* Manage and measure logistics processes, including inbound from local and overseas factories, transloading, ETA (estimated time of arrival) and OTD (on-time delivery) management, and carrier activity. Identify exceptional or high-cost deviations and make procedural decisions outside the scope of established guidelines.

* Analyze logistics data, identify and predict deviations from process, and make procedural changes to take advantage of increased opportunities for efficiency or correct inefficiencies within the logistics systems.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree (In Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, industrial engineering) with 3+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years of experience.

* 3-5+ years of logistics experience required.

* Advanced Excel, SAP, WMS, and ERP.

* The ability to develop, read, prepare, interpret, and understand product shipment information from various order and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and thorough preparation of transportation documents.

* Resolves problems of moderate to large scope where analysis of data requires the identification of obscure or undefined factors and decisions have a significant impact on business performance.
