Pay: Up to $130K annually (based on experience) Shifts: Various shifts available - to be discussed during the interview process As a Building Manager, you will oversee the safe and efficient daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring a clean and organized environment that meets service standards. You will provide direct supervision to warehouse supervisors, leads, and employees, ensuring proper labor coverage for daily tasks. Your role includes ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations (such as OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, etc.), developing training programs, and creating effective shipping and receiving schedules. You'll also be responsible for managing equipment allocation, coordinating maintenance with vendors, and maintaining a productive, well-trained staff. Additionally, you will interact with customers regularly and attend client meetings to ensure their needs are met, while making recommendations to improve warehouse operations. What You Bring:
