Staffmark is partnering with a trusted logistics company in Monroe, LA
to hire a Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This role is perfect for someone who values clear communication, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Pay: $12.50/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Answer incoming calls and dispatch tow trucks efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with drivers, providing accurate job details and updates
  • Use GPS systems to monitor and adjust assignments in real time
  • Coordinate with law enforcement, insurance companies, and roadside programs
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, vehicle info, and assignments



What You Need:



  • 1+ year of dispatch experience
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
