Join our client, a leading engineering firm dedicated to delivering innovative solutions across various sectors, including civil, structural, environmental, and transportation engineering. We are seeking a Civil 3D Designer who is ready to elevate their career with our leading client!

Pay rate: $16 - $40/hr.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the lead designer on civil engineering projects involving site infrastructure, grading, drainage, and utilities.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of CAD standards and advanced Civil 3D functions to produce accurate and detailed design documents.
  • Develop, review, and modify models, plans, and drawings in compliance with established engineering standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, designers, technicians, and sub-consultants to implement project-specific design criteria and ensure project success.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage the design and technical components of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Perform quality control reviews of design elements and deliverables before external release.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues independently while staying informed of current regulations and standards.
  • Maintain a professional and ethical approach in all interactions to support client satisfaction and company reputation.




Qualifications:



  • Must have an associate degree (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of experience with CAD and Civil 3D software, including 5 years focused on land development engineering.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and making decisions aligned with company procedures and goals.
  • This role requires both independent work and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and email communication is essential.
