Staffmark is
currently hiring a Finance Manager on behalf of a leading company in the lithium battery technology sector. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000

Schedule: 1st Shift (Weekday schedule; specific hours to be discussed)

Responsibilities:



  • Manage daily financial operations and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with government and industry accounting standards
  • Provide strategic financial planning and investment guidance
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies



What We're Looking For:



  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Deep knowledge of financial principles, risk analysis, and compliance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed
