Staffmark is
currently hiring an Assembly Technician to join a dynamic team in Youngsville, LA. If you have experience in a machine shop environment, can read blueprints, and have a strong attention to detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay: $17 - $18 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (40+ hours/week; flexibility required, some weekends as needed)

Responsibilities:



  • Read and interpret manufacturing drawings to assemble oilfield components
  • Use calipers and other measurement tools to ensure accuracy
  • Perform assembly tasks in accordance with project specifications
  • Ensure all components are assembled correctly, adhering to safety and quality standards



Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years of experience in a machine shop environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience assembling oilfield components
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and solid math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
