Description * Handle inbound phone calls from customers and employees. * Answer inquiries by providing information and conducting research. * Resolve problems by exploring solutions and researching issues. * Dispatch appropriate emergency services as needed. * Monitor video feeds. * Document events accurately for records. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Call center experience preferred. * Previous customer service experience required. * Dependable: Reliable and trustworthy. * People-oriented: Enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects. * Adaptable/Flexible: Enjoys work that requires frequent shifts in direction. * Detail-oriented: Prefers focusing on the details of work rather than the bigger picture. Schedule * Requires weekend and holiday availability. Shift Options * 6am-2:30pm * 8am-4:30pm * 10pm-6:30am *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
