*Desktop Support Technician*
A well-rounded Desktop Support Technician is needed to provide technical assistance and exceptional customer service to end users. This role involves both remote and in-person support, requiring strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Ideal candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience in desktop support, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair within a technology-driven environment. Basic network troubleshooting skills are also necessary.
