Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily operations of the health care facility. * Provide back-office support for HR and various managers. * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. * Provide accurate information about products and services. * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. * Offer administrative, clerical, and receptionist support. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Qualifications: * Proven experience in health care administration or a similar role. * Strong knowledge of health care regulations and standards. * Excellent organizational and leadership skills. * Proficient in health care management software. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
