Aon is looking for a Marketing and Events Leader - M&A Group

What a Day Looks Like:

As a Marketing and Events Leader in our M&A group, specifically within our Transition Solutions Group, your day will be dynamic and engaging. You will start by collaborating with various departments to strategize and plan upcoming events that align with our M&A objectives. Your mornings might involve coordinating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for these events. You will also collaborate closely with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of event logistics. In the afternoons, you will analyze the effectiveness of past events and marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine future strategies. Additionally, you will attend meetings with senior leaders to discuss event goals and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. Your role will also include running budgets, negotiating contracts, and leading all aspects of the creation of engaging content for both internal and external audiences.

Qualifications Needed:

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing and event management, preferably within the M&A sector. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required, with a master's degree being a plus. You should possess excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with various partners. Experience in data analysis and using marketing analytics tools to measure event success and return on investment is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms will be beneficial. Additionally, you should have a consistent track record of successfully leading large-scale events and marketing campaigns, demonstrating creativity and innovation in your approach.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $200,000 to 250,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive [an annual discretionary bonus] [production incentives] in addition to base salary. The amount of any [bonus] [production incentives] varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
