Your Role as an Account Manager: As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with key clients and driving sales within your assigned territory. You'll work with a diverse range of customers, offering high-quality products that meet the toughest industry standards. A successful Account Manager is a professional salesperson who is self-motivated with a passion for building lasting relationships and a strategic sales drive. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Active Selling
  • Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing clients and prospect new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate: Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable products for their projects.
  • Customer Contact: Identify needs, manage expectations, and resolve issues through proactive communication.
  • Outstanding Service: Provide timely responses, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Insight: Keep customers informed about market trends and product offerings.
  • Sales Opportunities: Solicit and close sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • CRM Management: Manage leads and customers in the Company's CRM system.
  • Inventory and Accounts: Manage aged inventory and accounts receivable.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to coordinate orders and deliveries.
Strategic Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Create programs based on customer needs.
  • Business Growth: Develop and execute plans to grow the business.
  • Target Focus: Focus on meeting business plans and updating through CRM management.
  • Customer Reviews: Conduct Customer Business Reviews.
  • Product Expansion: Introduce new products and expand market reach.
  • Reporting: Prepare various reports and correspondence as required.
Training and Development: We will provide the necessary training for you to:
  • Generate Sales: Meet company standards and expectations.
  • Negotiate: Grow sales through effective negotiation.
  • Understand Financials: Grasp the importance of gross margin and the company's collection process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related discipline preferred.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of basic accounting and business concepts.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.

Compensation & Benefit Information: Salary Pay Range: $50,000 - $85,000 annually dependent on experience* *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living

Bonus/Incentive Pay

The percentage of incentive compensation that may be earned varies based on the customer account classification and is calculated based on collected gross profit.
