Position Summary:
We're seeking a forward-thinking Director of Marketing to lead and evolve our marketing strategy. This individual will be responsible for elevating PMAMC's brand presence, driving digital innovation, supporting strategic business objectives, and enhancing broker and client engagement across all touchpoints. This is a high-impact role, requiring a strategic leader who thrives in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Brand Leadership



  • Lead brand positioning to ensure PMAMC is recognized as a thought leader and trusted partner across markets, sectors, and within Old Republic International.
  • Translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies that resonate with clients, brokers, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maximize brand presence through events, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Incorporate initiatives that align with a refreshed brand identity of the TPA, supporting our repositioning in the market.


Marketing & Content Strategy



  • Drive the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns to elevate engagement and generate qualified leads.
  • Optimize use of HubSpot (or similar CRM platform) to track and analyze performance, improve customer journeys, and deliver data-driven results.
  • Lead content strategy, including digital assets, social media, and thought leadership, to increase reach and credibility.


Sales Enablement & Business Growth Support



  • Collaborate with business leaders to design marketing programs that drive revenue, broker relationships, and geographic expansion.
  • Develop clear KPIs and dashboards to assess the ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Guide market-entry strategies that support business development in new regions.


Broker & Partner Engagement



  • Architect and execute a comprehensive broker engagement strategy, integrating multi-channel communication and relationship-building tactics.
  • Tailor marketing messages to resonate with regional and segment-specific broker audiences.


Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team aligned to enterprise and regional objectives.
  • Champion marketing's role as a strategic partner across the organization through clear communication and cross-department collaboration.


Enterprise Collaboration



  • Represent PMAMC as a Marketing SME within Old Republic International, contributing to shared best practices and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Risk Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in the insurance, risk management, or financial services industries.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, CRM utilization (preferably HubSpot), campaign management, and performance analytics.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading marketing strategy and execution in complex, multi-regional organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive engagement, influence decision-making, and achieve business results.
  • Team-oriented mindset with experience mentoring and managing direct reports.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to maintain industry visibility and broker/client relationships.
