We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager/Senior Manager who loves marketing and making an impact to join our Rheumatology Marketing team, based in our Atlanta office.

About the role:

As a Rheumatology Marketing Lead, you will steward UCB brands to market leadership by developing and implementing impactful marketing campaigns.

Who you'll work with:

This role will be reporting to a Rheumatology Brand Lead, you will work with Marketers across the Immunology Business Unit, including marketers responsible for HCP promotion, Digital promotion, Peer-to-Peer, Patient, and Payers. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Sales, Medical, Insights, Learning & Development, Finance, and Compliance. Being responsible for MLR review, you will work hand-in-hand with representatives from Legal, Regulatory, and Operations.

What you'll do:

  • You will develop and execute promotional campaigns for rheumatology brands with a focus on rheumatoid arthritis.
  • You will navigate the brand through a complex reimbursement and pricing landscape across pharmacy and medical (buy and bill) markets.
  • You will identify barriers and opportunities to unlock brand value
  • You will guide personal and non-personal promotional efforts for the brand.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree (MBA, MD, PharmD, PhD, JD) preferred
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including marketing, advertising/communications, strategy, medical, sales, and management.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in marketing or product management of biologics/specialty products

*This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $124,000-162,000 annually. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other
