Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and system integrations, along with hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce Communities and Field Service Lightning (FSL). You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions to support business operations, customer engagement, and community-driven experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning Development
* Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions within the Sales, Service Clouds, and Experience Cloud.
* Implement Salesforce Communities, providing seamless user experiences and integrating with various Salesforce modules.
* Configure and enhance standard functionalities such as case management, service console, dispatching, work orders, and mobile functionality within Field Service Lightning (FSL).
* Deliver robust, scalable solutions that meet both current and future business needs, focusing on system performance and user experience.
2. Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Development
* Build scalable and maintainable custom applications using Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
* Create interactive and dynamic user interfaces using LWC to enhance usability, accessibility, and performance.
* Adhere to Salesforce coding standards, best practices, and ensure code is optimized for performance and maintainability.
3. Integration and Data Management
* Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and integration tools like MuleSoft.
* Ensure high data integrity, consistency, and synchronization across systems through effective data handling strategies and robust integration solutions.
4. Salesforce Communities & Experience Cloud Implementation
* Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Communities (Experience Cloud), including developing community pages, user profiles, and providing seamless collaboration tools.
* Develop highly interactive and functional Communities for both internal users and external stakeholders.
* Work on Experience Cloud configurations for customer portals, partner communities, and public-facing websites.
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
* Participate in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of all components in the Salesforce ecosystem.
6. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
* Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all development work, including solution design, architecture, and custom functionality.
* Share knowledge, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the development of internal best practices.
7. Continuous Learning and Innovation
* Stay informed about the latest Salesforce updates, Experience Cloud innovations, new technologies, and tools.
* Proactively suggest enhancements and innovations to improve business outcomes, streamline processes, and increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
* Expert in Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
* Proven experience with Sales, Service Clouds, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
* Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, security model, and best practices in customizing Salesforce.
* Extensive experience with Salesforce Communities, designing and deploying custom communities and partner/customer portals.
* Solid experience with integration tools and APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.).
* Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
* Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Field Service Consultant are highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, Agile environment.
Salary Range
$113,000 - $145, 000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
