Job Summary

MISSION:

The Premium Beverage Supervisor position is responsible for ensuring that all guests in premium areas of the stadium, where alcoholic beverages are being served, receive extraordinary service. Maintaining and overseeing the cocktail sampling program with vendors.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible for aesthetics, operations, and day of logistics for premium club bars and specialty cocktail/sampling program
  • Building bar recs and stocking with product, keeping sanitation standards at par, setting up liquor displays and bar tools during the week.
  • Understands and can describe liquors, beers, wines, menu offerings, packaging, and presentation
  • Adheres to location appearance guidelines by wearing appropriate casual clothes during the week and business wear during event days.
  • Holds all bar staff and vendors responsible for knowledge of respective jobs, information, consistency, and guest service
  • Follows responsible alcohol service policies and enforces to all staff
  • Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
  • Count inventory when needed after each event and during End of Month
  • Corresponds with sponsorship reps for each event by ensuring they have all the product, signage, bar tools, cups, etc as needed for the sampling
  • Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service
  • Ability to work in a VIP environment while adhering to all company media and conduct policies
  • Conducts all work and managing with a positive and respectful attitude
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
  • Enforce all Levy policies and standards and report employee infractions or irregularities to management for immediate and effective follow-up training or disciplinary support
  • Communicates any issue from event staff and bar staff to management
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Completes required company alcohol service training
  • Always on time and ready to perform all required duties in uniform
  • Lifts and transports up to 40 lbs.
  • Walks and stands during entire shift
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with managers, guests and teammates by speaking and comprehending English. Secondary languages not required but useful in our operations.
  • Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications to do so
  • Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership or beverage related role
Attendance
  • Attend all Levi's Stadium events at scheduled shift time
  • Available for Set up/Breakdown Monday-Saturday 10a-5p as needed
  • Stamina to work 40+ hours per week or more as business dictates
  • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work late nights, weekends and holidays
