Responsibilities

The Systems Integrator (SI) will be responsible for supporting the Sponsor in developing a robust and innovative counterintelligence (CI) curriculum, which advances their mission across the workforce and in the broader IC. The Sponsor collaborates with various learning partners to raise awareness and to advance learning priorities, knowledge, and skill base. The customer work focuses on strategic communication and promoting and facilitating the sharing of information via instructor-led and web-based coursework and learning. Their mission to deliver relevant, engaging, and accessible learning solutions that strengthen and enhance CI acumen and tradecraft of their workforce.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Translate knowledge and technical expertise into coursework and learning exercises
  • Keep apprised of a technology-focused discipline
  • Share a broad range of research methods and tools used in CI
  • Support Sponsor collaboration with customers, colleagues, management, and partners in the IC and private sector
  • Provide support to ad hoc conferences, seminars, stand-alone instruction, consultation, and collaboration with other Sponsor programs
  • Maintain training roadmaps and develop trainings plans that ensure workforce development throughout an employee's career
  • Analyze, design, and develop curricula to maintain and create programs which will address the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) needed to effectively support CI
  • Provide technological and instructional design input in alignment with a curated curriculum of CI courses and resources and CI subject map
  • Help with the full lifecycle for all classroom exercises, training, discussions, and testing, as necessary

All personnel coming into the organization undergo an additional security review that can take anywhere from 7 business days to 45+ days.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • 12-15 years of experience and a bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
  • Knowledge of and a background in a technology-focused discipline with the willingness to maintain current and relevant information on this discipline
  • Expertise in 1-2 of the following: wireless networks; telecommunications technology and infrastructure; communications security; the Internet; and/or social media platforms
  • The ability to teach how the technology works and the associated vulnerabilities of its use; how our adversaries target the technology or the individuals using the technology; and best practices for countermeasures
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, briefing and writing skills and the ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels and from various disciplines
  • Team player with willingness and ability to collaborate to develop formal learning products, and the ability to work multiple, concurrent, high-priority tasks
  • Experience with public speaking and presenting technical subjects to both non-technical and advanced audiences/classes.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with the IC, Counterintelligence issues, and CI environments
  • A proven track record in advancing diversity and inclusion by creating a culture where all officers can bring their best to work every day and grow as intelligence professionals

Desired:

  • Knowledge and experience with the CI Customer
  • A broad range of experience with the Sponsors technical operational activities both CONUS and OCONUS
  • Prior experience presenting or training the Sponsor's personnel.
  • Preferred: 16+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, business, a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
