DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing usage records to suggest modifications to reorder points or recommend additional purchases to the Equipment Manager. You will also prepare requisition forms for items in the parts room and monitor their status. Your duties will include receiving, inspecting, and either accepting or rejecting stockroom items, as well as recommending invoice payments to vendors. It is essential to maintain consumable products in a well-organized storage area, ensuring that inventories are accurate and up-to-date while controlling the issuance of materials and supplies. Additionally, you will operate a forklift to unload delivery trucks and transport large inventory items, ensuring a clean and organized workspace that promotes safe and efficient operations. You will also be tasked with accepting deliveries, inspecting the quantity and quality of all commodities to ensure they meet the specifications outlined in purchasing documents. Proficiency in utilizing SAP will be necessary for receiving and issuing inventory items, as well as transferring materials between various storage locations and plants. Interested in learning more? - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience in stockroom, warehouse, or clerical work; and graduation from high school; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
