Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Director of Demand Planning to lead our global demand planning organization in support of our dynamic semiconductor business. This individual will play a critical role in driving accurate, data-informed forecasts that support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in demand planning, business analytics, and cross-functional leadership, ideally within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.

What You Can Expect

  • Integrate external market intelligence, customer insights, macroeconomic trends, and competitive analysis into the demand forecast process.
  • Build strong partnerships with Sales, Business Units, Marketing, and external market research firms to enhance visibility into customer behavior and industry dynamics.
  • Develop robust forecasting models that blend historical performance with forward-looking market indicators
  • Lead the demand planning function across multiple business units, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting that aligns with corporate and financial objectives.
  • Drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Develop and implement scalable demand planning strategies, tools, and KPIs to improve forecast accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Units to capture market intelligence, customer trends, and new product introductions.
  • Influence executive-level decisions with data-driven insights and scenario planning.
  • Ensure integration of demand signals into supply and inventory planning processes.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using advanced analytics, AI/ML forecasting tools, and digital transformation efforts.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global demand planning team.
  • Manage executive-level reporting and communication of forecast risks, opportunities, and assumptions.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong capability in market intelligence gathering, interpretation, and integration into planning processes.
  • Expertise in triangulating multiple inputs - internal sales data, customer forecasts, 3rd-party market data (e.g., Gartner, IDC, TechInsights) - into a cohesive demand plan.
  • Ability to connect macroeconomic trends (e.g., interest rates, supply chain risks, regional dynamics) to product-level demand shifts.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to model different demand scenarios based on varying market conditions.
  • Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven success leading teams in a fast-paced, highly complex business environment.
  • Expertise with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan) and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python/R preferred).
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

178,980 - 268,100, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
