How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide end-to-end HR services to employees.

• Support local recruiting team with advertising, interviewing, and selection.

• Assist employees with access to online self-service tools such as Workday.

• Manage and assist with various HR projects.

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for local HR positions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Background

• Administrative experience.

• Project management experience is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage a varied workload.
