Training Coordinator The Training Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring all staff are well-prepared to deliver high-quality services through effective onboarding and program-specific training. This position is responsible for designing and implementing new trainings, utilizing existing evidence-based materials, tracking staff training completion, and serving as a go-to resource for any training-related questions or support. The Training Coordinator works across departments to ensure consistent, accessible, and relevant training for team members. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Training Coordinator : TBD Pay commensurate with experience. Training Coordinator Responsibilities Include: Design, adapt, and implement onboarding and program-specific trainings to support staff across all roles. Utilize evidence-based curricula and best practices to inform training content. Coordinate training schedules and ensure timely delivery of all required modules. Monitor staff completion of training requirements and maintain accurate training records. Provide guidance and technical assistance to staff navigating training platforms or materials. Serve as a resource for staff questions related to training logistics or content understanding. Continuously assess training effectiveness and adjust strategies to meet team needs. Collaborate with supervisors and program leads to identify training gaps or emerging needs. Ensure that training content aligns with program goals, funder requirements, and service delivery standards.
