What this job involves:

This position supports facilities management for three locations in Indiana, including Manufacturing, Research & Development, and Headquarters. Reporting to the Director of Facilities, you'll assist in delivering quality facility management services, coordinating and managing requirements and service delivery. The role requires a team player committed to working in a quality environment, with daily interactions across teams in person, by phone, and via email.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

* Supporting client relations through prompt and courteous responses to requests

* Managing performance and outcomes of assigned maintenance/engineering staff

* Ensuring compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines related to building infrastructure

* Coordinating overall facility services according to standard processes and procedures

* Managing and coordinating Facility Management services within assigned facilities

* Supporting facility Operational Responsibilities Matrix for overall facility spend

* Overseeing Engineering/Maintenance team management and staff development

* Developing and deploying inspection, assessment, and audit forms

* Planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities

* Assisting with vendor management for various maintenance services

* Implementing short and long-term projects for the client

* Overseeing activities to support site operations, including moves, events, and safety

* Managing the JLL Corrigo work order process and associated data continuity

Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' experience managing CMMS/work order applications, Performance Analytics, Data Analytics

* Demonstrated process orientation and data-driven skill sets

* Strong aptitude for technology and systems

* Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analytics and manipulation

* Superior customer service skills

* Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills

* Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints

* Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision

Preferred:

* Proficiency in SmartSheet, MS SharePoint, and data visualizations

* Experience with JLL Next Generation Maintenance

* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

* Collaborative style and ability to work effectively in a team environment
