SUMMARY

This position is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment by identifying highly qualified, diverse, and extraordinary talent pools. It is also responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing a strong candidate pool to stewarding candidates through a structured and inclusive interview process to negotiating and ensuring an effective onboarding process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The responsibilities outlined below are essential functions of the position and must be carried out to perform effectively, at least at an acceptable level, as defined by Front Porch. In the future, additional duties may be assigned, which will also be considered essential functions of the position:

  • Partner with hiring managers to build strategic hiring plans, create compelling job descriptions, and craft job posts that attract top-tier talent.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, industry partnerships, networking, etc.), schedule and conduct initial screening interviews with candidates whose skills align closely with position requirements, identifying the best fit for the business.
  • Develop practical skills assessments and interview questions for managers, ensuring a thorough and consistent interview process.
  • Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Take ownership of the offer process, including drafting, extending offers, and managing negotiations to secure top talent.
  • Ensure the applicant tracking system (ATS) is accurate and up to date.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve processes.
  • Analyze and improve existing recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement standardized recruitment practices and tools to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive practices to position Front Porch as an employer of choice effectively.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6 years Experience in recruitment, preferably in a business partnering capacity, and Familiarity with recruiting for various positions and levels, including technical, managerial, and executive roles

Preferred:

  • Master's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS)
