THE JOB:
As a Lounge Server at Mad Apple with Cirque de Soleil, you will be expediting guests' drink orders and provide beverage and bus service. You will create unforgettable moments for our guests with your warm smile and exceptional service. Bring their stories to life through personalized experiences and elevated hospitality.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.2647 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies

• Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor

• Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink

• Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified

• Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience and experience as a Cocktail and/or Beverage Server in a similar environment

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
