About Outpatient Clinics Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. Corewell Health Rockford Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, along with Corewell Health Internal Medicine on Lake Drive, Grand Rapids are collaborative locations resulting in successful, efficient operations. There are twenty-seven providers with a clinical support staff of fifty-three team members. Working under the direction of and in collaboration with the Manager Operations, the Practice Supervisor will have direct oversight of the MA(s) at both locations. A clinical background is necessary with evidence of supervisory skill. For optimal workflow, this role ideally requires 40 hours over five days, Monday - Friday. Job Summary Directs the activities of team members within assigned area and ensures the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and practice manager in daily operations. Supports charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team members performance and development and ensures policy adherence. Qualifications
