Top Skills - MUST HAVE *Conversational Designer experience *Chat design experience *Technical skills - able to work with flow builder tools: BigQuery, Google Dialogflow, Voiceflow Key Responsibilities *NLU Maintenance oDevelop, implement, and maintain NLU models to improve chatbot understanding and response accuracy. oContinuously update and refine NLU mappings based on user interactions and feedback. *Data Analysis and Model Training oAnalyze user data to identify trends and areas for improvement in NLU performance. oTrain and fine-tune NLU models using machine learning techniques and relevant datasets. *Collaboration and Integration oWork closely with the IT (GCIT) team to ensure seamless integration of NLU models with chatbot platforms. oCollaborate with the CX team to align NLU enhancements with customer experience goals. *Performance Monitoring and Reporting oMonitor the performance of NLU models and platforms, identifying and addressing any issues. oGenerate regular reports on NLU performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. *Proactive Content Development oWork with CX team to develop proactive content strategies to address common user queries and improve chatbot interactions. oWork with the CX Senior Manager to implement content updates based on data and trending topics. *Quality Assurance oConduct regular quality assurance tests to ensure the accuracy and reliability of NLU models. oImplement feedback loops to continuously improve NLU performance.
