Position: Bilingual - Medical Assistant - Burbank (Rheumatology) Location: Burbank, CA (100% Onsite) Pay: $21.50 -$26/hr (based on experience, tenure, and education/certifications) Schedule: Monday - Friday / 8am - 5pm (Full time) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of both front and back office functions, providing exceptional patient care and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: * Patient Care and Documentation: * Obtain and accurately record patient medical histories, vital signs, test results, and other pertinent information for medical records while maintaining strict confidentiality. * Assist practitioners during clinical examinations and medical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. * Administrative Coordination: * Manage daily administrative activities, including scheduling appointments, patient check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining patient medical records. * Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient office operations. * Clinical Support: * Prepare treatment rooms for clinical examinations, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterilized. * Provide support during medical procedures, including setting up instruments, assisting with patient positioning, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
