Description Job Title: Field Services Technician We currently have two open IT roles open in the Milwaukee area. You are expected to travel to different locations. One person will be focused around Hartford, West Bend, Grafton, Germantown area. Grafton is the home base. The other person will be focused around Tosa and Waukesha area. This client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Services Technician to join our team for the annual laptop and desktop refresh project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role requires exceptional customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Provide on-site technical support ensuring minimal disruption to their workflow. Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and service requests. Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues promptly. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar field services or technical support role. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with medical staff. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with hospital IT environments is a plus.
