KPMG is currently seeking a Manager-Ignition Activation to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the program manager for KPMG Ignition's Activation team, executing the strategy to realize the vision of our modern experiences and offerings to life for partners and clients through sales enablement tools and activities; manage multiple simultaneous projects at different stages, and provide regular reporting to firm leadership; develop and manage with internal stakeholders, external clients and vendors
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and vendors to oversee the development of new content, to surface and craft new stories, and to integrate newly developed insights, and assets with Ignition delivery models
  • Scout continuously and source new content for thought leadership, quals, and client-facing storytelling material to showcase Ignition; excitement for and familiarity with emerging technologies and how they accelerate the modern professional; ability to translate complex concepts and business relevance to C-level stakeholders
  • Design and facilitate quality, engaging Ignition client experiences for C-suite audiences leveraging Ignition methods; actively engage with subject matter experts and collaborate to bring the relevant points of view and insights into experiences
  • Manage and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop design thinking-based solutions that help internal and external stakeholders solve complex business issues via collaborative workshop experiences including project management, stakeholder management, and financial management
Qualifications:
  • Minimum six years of recent experience in a professional environment with a background in marcomm and client service delivery, program and project management roles
  • Bachelor's degree required from accredited college or university
  • Experience working within a matrixed environment and/or leading and motivating individuals outside of direct reporting lines; ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects at different stages; advanced project management software user; advanced PowerPoint user; familiarity with Microsoft Teams and CoPilot is preferred
  • Support design and delivery of an experienced strategy by collaborating with technologists, creatives, designers, facilitators, researchers, industry leaders, as well as the wider firm to capture requirements and design unique experiences for KPMG clients
  • Advanced experience with design strategy and methods, including user-centered, service, behavioral and/or experience design; understand design thinking principles and effectively lead design thinking sessions, and approach research through a design thinking and/or user experience lens; excitement and familiarity with emerging technologies, interest and curiosity in staying ahead in these areas; excellent storyteller with the ability to prepare clear and compelling, data-driven narratives and presentations to executive audiences
  • Lead effectively, interactive and collaborative working sessions tied to achieving business results; Proactive self-starter with strong work ethic; dependable and productive member of a team; acts with integrity and leads by example in the execution of all tasks; client centric/service mindset in the execution of all projects, deliverables, interactions, and more
  • Travel may range, estimated 10-25%

California Salary Range: $102500 - $198600
