- Take full ownership of daily restaurant operations including labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and execution of marketing strategies.
- Own the restaurant's flawless execution of F&B initiatives while upholding top-tier health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Interact daily with guests to ensure every dining moment exceeds expectations. Swiftly resolve concerns, gather and analyze guest feedback, and collaborate closely with the culinary team to deliver a seamless front- and back-of-house experience.
- Stay sharp with expert-level knowledge of all food, beverage, and equipment offerings in the venue - because excellence starts with knowing your craft inside and out.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Brings expert knowledge of health and safety regulations, menu items, beverage presentation, and the tools of the trade - from kitchen equipment to POS systems.
- Understands how to optimize staffing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, with a strong grasp of restaurant workflows and day-to-day execution.
