OVERVIEW: The HR Strategic Advisor / Senior HR Business Partner for the Commercial Institutional business within North America plays a key role in connecting people strategy with business success. Reporting to the Senior Director of HRBP for the Americas, this trusted partner supports a team of ~700 employees, guiding senior leaders through complex people matters while fostering engagement, growth, and retention. Working collaboratively across HR and business teams, this role helps shape a high-growth, people-centered culture by aligning talent strategies with evolving organizational needs.
