We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team, focusing on mechanical and plumbing systems. In this role, you will serve as a critical technical resource, supporting both clients and operations & maintenance teams. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of technical and strategic tasks, including:

• Providing expert technical support for mechanical and plumbing systems
• Conducting root cause failure analysis and existing system assessments
• Optimizing systems and eliminating defects to improve performance
• Contributing to all phases of project management, from planning to execution
• Performing equipment lifecycle assessments and capital planning
• Ensuring compliance with relevant federal, state, and local codes
• Actively participating in client-driven operational integrity management systems

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical and plumbing systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven project management experience
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in mechanical and plumbing systems and the ability to manage complex projects. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
