About Salesforce

We're Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too - driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Talent Attraction Partner to join our dynamic team. In close partnership with Talent Delivery, you will own the candidate journey from initial engagement through delivering a qualified pipeline. You'll attract, engage, nurture, and assess a diverse slate of top talent across multiple channels, supporting roles across Sales, Customer Success Group, and Technology & Product segments. You will ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates and partners alike, focusing on impactful top-of-funnel activities and providing flexibility to support global hiring surges.

What You'll Do:

  • Attract and engage candidates from all channels, including inbound applicants, internal talent, referrals, and outbound sourcing efforts.

  • Conduct deep, competency-based assessments to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and ensure the highest quality talent.

  • Build and nurture strong candidate relationships for immediate and future hiring needs, enriching talent pools within our CRM to allow for effective long-term engagement.

  • Submit fully assessed, qualified talent to Recruiting partners, who will then match, coach, and advocate candidates through the final stages of the hiring process.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of Recruiting or Sourcing experience across Sales, CSG, or Technology & Product functions

  • Strong ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across teams and levels, driving talent advocacy and operational efficiency

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within fast-paced, goal-driven environments

  • Experience cultivating and activating long-term relationships with both internal and external partners

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global, matrixed teams

  • Passion for sourcing strategies, tools, and innovative approaches to attracting talent

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail

  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

  • Natural curiosity and a passion for learning, with the ability to translate insights into deep, competency-based assessments of talent
