Are you ready to take your catering career to the next level? Restaurant Associates is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Catering Manager to lead and execute high-profile events at the iconic United States Senate. This is a unique opportunity to work in a setting that blends tradition, prestige, and purpose-where every event carries meaning, and every detail matters. This is a Monday-Friday position with minimal evening responsibilities and no weekends, offering an ideal work-life balance without sacrificing the excitement and complexity of a high-volume environment. On peak days, you'll oversee 20-30 concurrent events, ranging from intimate continental breakfasts for 10 guests to formal, multi-course dinners for up to 200 dignitaries and VIPs. Working as the Catering Manager you will effectively coordinate and oversee internal and external catering events. You will be responsible for menu development as well as costing and marketing functions as they relate to the catering department. You will implement labor cost control, foods cost control, preparation, transportation, setup, operation and clean-up of all events. Key Responsibilities:
