*Description*
This role is a mix of content creation and web UX, updating the client's website which is currently outdated. The person in this role will need to work with the Director and the team to refresh the content and design of the website, as it will be used for various corporate-level initiatives such as the "Above the Bias" which shares how misconceptions can impact diabetes care. Experience in managing a website, including the ability to design from scratch, UX/conduct research, and come up with recommendations for improvements. The person should also be able to work with the team to identify the appropriate content to highlight at the divisional level. Responsibilities: *Collaborate with the Director and team to refresh and redesign the divisional website for various corporate-level initiatives. *Develop and update website content using Adobe Experience Manager to ensure alignment with divisional priorities. *Utilize Figma to design and prototype new layouts, focusing on improving the user experience. *Conduct user research to understand audience needs and inform content and design decisions. *Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that optimize navigation and functionality. *Audit existing website content to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend updates. *Work with team members to highlight appropriate content for divisional and global audiences. *Ensure consistency in design and content while adhering to organizational branding guidelines. *Resolve technical issues related to content updates or website functionality. *Monitor and report on website performance, providing insights for further optimization. Required Skills: *Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager for content management and updates. *Skills in Figma for designing layouts, wireframes, and prototypes. *Strong expertise in UX processes, including user research, information architecture, and usability testing. *Experience in visual design and UI development to create engaging and functional interfaces. *Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for content updates. *Strategic thinking to align content and design with divisional and corporate goals. *Ability to design from scratch and provide recommendations for improvements in both content and UX. *Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. *Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and improve user experience. *Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities. *Skills* Content management, Adobe experience manager, Digital, UX *Top Skills Details* Content management,Adobe experience manager,Digital,UX *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Not looking for a Sr UX Resource here, rather ADC has different design systems and this resource will be able to leverage the exisiting components rather than build new ones. Thet are not looking to rf develop a new design system or create lots of new components. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
