Description The Mortgage Post Closer will play a crucial role in the closing process of mortgage loans, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations. This position requires a thorough understanding of the closing process, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in the financial services industry. Skills post closing, mortgage lending, mortgage bank, FHA loan, refinance, mortgage industry Additional Skills & Qualifications Skills Minimum 3-5 years of post-closing mortgage experience Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Education, Certification, and License Requirements High school diploma or GED Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr. - Health insurance - Life insurance - Disability insurance Additionally, you will be entitled to 2 Weeks of paid vacation for each year of employment in accordance with our usual policies. You will be entitled to 1 Week, paid, to be allocated for illness or personal business each year of employment in accordance with our sick leave policy, which may be modified from time to time.
