*Description*
The IT Systems Administrator will maintain system stability, security, and performance across cloud and on-premises environments. The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for administering a broad range of technologies and services, focusing on Active Directory (AD), Entra, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Remote Access, Email systems, and Cloud Storage Solutions like OneDrive. In addition to day-to-day operations, the IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for planning and executing upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations, as well as troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring minimal downtime for mission-critical systems. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, networking, and applications teams, to ensure system integrity and compliance. The IT Systems Administrator must exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to customer service. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
