Lead QA Engineer

This requires a 4 day a week Hybrid Work Model.

This is a potential right to hire requirement.

Skills:

  • Onsite Presence: Must be available to work onsite in the Boston office.
  • Software Testing: Expertise in various testing methodologies (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, system testing).
  • Test Automation: Ability to develop and execute automated tests.
  • Technical Skills: Strong QE technical skills are required for this role:
  • Expertise on QE tools Selenium, Karate, and Gatling are must for this role. Knowledge of Cucumber is a plus.
  • Python knowledge is helpful in this role.
  • Expertise in JIRA is a must in this role.
  • Understanding of CI/CD, Jenkins, and JIRA is necessary.
  • Comfortable with application logs, and basic SQL/Database knowledge is helpful.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services for Logs, and system health is important.
  • Bug Tracking: Proficiency in using bug tracking tools to manage and track defects.
  • Quality Assurance: Understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.



Estimated Min Rate: $49.11
Estimated Max Rate: $70.15
