Job Title: Home Loan Specialist Job Description The Home Loan Specialist is an entry-level role supporting various channels. As a Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Responsibilities * Perform routine data entry and validation tasks * Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) * Review and validate loan documents * Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses * Monitor work queues and intervene as needed * Perform other related duties as required and assigned * Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Essential Skills * Experience in mortgage or financial services * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Additional Skills & Qualifications * Associate's degree or equivalent work experience * Experience in the mortgage industry preferred Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is fully in-office, Monday to Friday, with hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The office is open from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm, allowing some flexibility in working hours. Candidates will receive equipment to work from home if necessary due to bad weather or weekend work. No hybrid work options are available. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
