Description OnCourse recent acquisition of Appliance Service Plan, which allows them to offer a complete package of warranty services for various home appliances. OnCourse recently acquired an appliance service plan, expanding their warranty services beyond water, sewer, and electricity. They are seeking an SRE/Level 3 support engineer with expertise in AWS, cloud operations, observability tools, and infrastructure scaling. The new position is due to a claims modernization and data center modernization projects. OnCourse's tech landscape is primarily on AWS, Azure, and SaaS products with a custom integration layer. The role will involve working with infrastructure as code (Terraform), application performance monitoring, and incident prioritization. The applications are primarily built with React, Node.js, C#, and Salesforce. Environment mostly AWS, Azure, M365, Azure AD. A lot of Saas products with integration layer in between these products This team is responsible for the AWS and Azure platform (infrastructure team). They are modernizing their environment and needs additional support because they are (2) team members down from January. Set up and analyze logs Dev BG who leans infrastructure Needs to understand object orients programming Wants someone who is really strong with development Some IAC (Terraform) Someone that can wear multiple hats A lot of things are set up for monitoring tools Day to Day: - Making dashboards - Taking alerts to the dev team, taking it to the dev teams, work thru it with them, then help prioritize the alert in their ticketing system Languages in the environment: React, Node js, #C, Jitterbit (similar to MuleSoft), .Net (claims system), salesforce CI/CD - built already so some maintain but minor Skills Devops, Cloud, Aws, Terraform, react, node js, c#, Jittebit, .net, ci/cd Top Skills Details Devops,Cloud,Aws,Terraform,react,node js,c#,Jittebit,.net,ci/cd Additional Skills & Qualifications Azure Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
