Full job description SUMMARY: Responsible for working collaboratively with department managers to implement initiatives/ programs that help meet financial revenue, operating efficiency and strategic goals, as well as regulatory requirements. Drives the business to write user stories and gathers and documents requirements. A liaison between IT and the business line on assigned projects/initiatives and works closely with the Team Lead and Application Delivery Manager to keep stakeholders informed of progress. Coordinates test plans to meet project requirements and helps drive user acceptance testing to produce quality deliverables. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements and help stakeholders to write user stories. Document current state and future state process workflows. Act as Project Manager preparing project artifacts as required by the Tech Transformation Management Office Standard Operating Procedures to ensure satisfactory internal and external audits. Ensure timeliness of document approvals by stakeholders and accessibility of project artifacts on the project's SharePoint site. Proactively collaborate with the business to identify potential process improvements and enhancements that increase efficiencies and decrease costs. Translate business needs into design documents and specifications. Prepare detailed specifications from which IT can program application solutions. Work with vendors on configuring third party solutions to meet the process needs of the Business Unit. Work with business users to efficiently identify and coordinate resolution of issues. Work with the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) team and act as testing coordinator for key initiatives as needed by Application Delivery Manager Define, document the test plan, and coordinate user acceptance testing to help ensure requirements traceability and delivery of a quality solution. Governs the User Stories dashboard, prepare project artifacts as required. Ensure timeliness of document approvals by stakeholders and accessibility of project artifacts on the project's SharePoint site. Ensure requirements inventory is properly maintained on SharePoint or a centralized tool and validate traceability to testing. Monitor for proper change management of requirements. Ensure acceptance criteria is met prior to go live deployment of new solutions or enhancements. Establish and maintain business line partnerships. Demonstrate ability to guide focused diverse groups to specified goals. Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.). Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training. Identifies and reports suspicious activity. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree In Computer Information Systems, and/or engineering or comparable experience, with the appropriate emphasis in Business Administration, and Client Server support experience required. EXPERIENCE 3+ years of banking experience and business line expertise and 5+ years of business analysis experience required. Experience in gathering user stories and managing backlogs in a DevOps environment. 2+ years of Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA, SharePoint and/or Smartsheet. Experience with Agile and waterfall software development techniques. Experience in Quality Assurance, test plans and test coordination preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and/or PMI Professional in Business Analysis preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to independently facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with business users. Understanding of consumer banking regulations. Critical thinking, problem solving and independent execution skills. Ability to grasp new concepts quickly. Above-average facilitation, collaboration and relationship management skills. Strong skills in ServiceNow, MS Office Visio and workflow or data flow diagramming tools. *Skills* Business systems analysis, actimize brokerage compliance solutions, production support *Top Skills Details* Business systems analysis,actimize brokerage compliance solutions,production support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Experience in Quality Assurance, test plans and test coordination preferred but not required. Treasury Product experience (ACH, wire transfers, banking as a business) The products that they have are Signature, fedlink, and a fiserv framework. - Experience with APIs not required but is extra -Experience in an Agile environment *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $57.50/hr.
